Heart Foundation Annual Christmas Raffle.
THE Heart Foundation's Annual Christmas Raffle was held on 22nd December, 2009.
This year a total of over £750 was raised for the charity by selling the raffle
tickets.
Shop Manager, Sarah Montgomery said, "We would like to thank all the volunteers that sold raffle tickets, and everyone that bought one. Congratulations to M Smyth, Cairncastle Road, who won the Christmas Hamper this year."
Sarah continued, "We also want to say a big thank you to John O'Hara aka Santa that so kindly gave up some of his previous time to draw the winner.
“John has had a busy broadcasting career and is known for his time spent on Downtown radio.
“He has developed the Kidditalk Audio Company that produce talking books for children."
